We thank you for using and purchasing our vegan & aromatherapy products. In the case that you are not satisfied with a product , please follow the steps below. We accept returns for product(s) purchased on the aromabella.com or cottagearomabella.com site only and issue refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to them directly, as they have their own return policies.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order shipping date to be eligible for a refund.

To request a return:

  1. Email support@aromabella.com and include your Order Number with the name of the product(s) you wish to return. You can find your Order Number in your Order Confirmation email.

  2. Your return request will be processed by Aroma Bella’s Order Services Team who will provide further instructions, including how to ship the product(s) back to Aroma Bella.

Please note: you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending back your returned product(s) , unless we shipped you a product that was different from the product you ordered on our website. We ask that you forward us the tracking information for the returned package.

Aroma Bella reserves the right to request for a reasonable time-frame to inspect the product(s) in question once returned. Aroma Bella reserves the right to refuse or deny a return request or refund at any time, at our discretion.

We only accept products that have not been opened or used. Products must be sent back in their original boxes. There is a 20% re-stocking fee if more than 1 product is returned from the same order.

Please note that the refund will include the cost of the product and taxes associated with the purchase, minus a 3% administrative Fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. The refund will be issued to the card that was used to purchase the product(s).
